These terms cover the DonutScam mod, donutscam.lol and support.donutscam.lol. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

1. What DonutScam is

DonutScam is a free, client-side mod for Minecraft: Java Edition. It changes how certain items and blocks look, sound and are named on your own screen only. It doesn't give you any items, and other players and servers keep seeing your real items.

2. Using the mod

You're responsible for how you use DonutScam. Many servers have rules about client mods, so check them before you play. If a server punishes you for using the mod, that's between you and the server.
Don't use DonutScam to trick people into trades, sales or anything else that harms them, such as pretending to own items you're offering.
DonutScam isn't an official Minecraft product. It isn't approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

3. The support site

To open tickets, you sign in with Google or Discord. Keep your account secure; you're responsible for what's sent from it.
Be respectful. Don't send spam, abuse, threats, illegal content, or other people's private information.
We may close tickets, delete content or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Bug reports and suggestions

When you send a bug report, suggestion or ticket, you let us use what you wrote to fix and improve DonutScam. We don't owe you anything for ideas we use.

5. Updates and downloads

The mod checks GitHub for new versions and can download them into your mods folder when you click Update. Only download DonutScam from donutscam.lol or our GitHub releases.

6. No warranty

DonutScam and these sites are provided "as is", without any warranty. We don't promise they'll always work, be free of bugs, or work with every server or other mod. Back up your worlds.

7. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage from using or not being able to use DonutScam or these sites, including lost items, worlds, accounts or server access.

8. Ownership

DonutScam is free to use, but it isn't open source. GXNah keeps all rights to the mod and these sites. Don't copy, sell, re-upload or share modified versions of DonutScam without permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using DonutScam after a change, you accept the new terms.
